Welcome to Emotoon. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App") developed and operated by Venture Property Management Co., Ltd. ("VPM", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading or using Emotoon, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Emotoon.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for any content (e.g., photos) you upload or generate.
Emo-Toon supply image generation service with unlimited period in 2 plans. In Standard Plan, user can generate unlimited images for free, and can save in a folder of the app and share, up to 4 images. After 5th, user are charged for one time fee. In Premium Plan, users are charged based on the plan selected (weekly, monthly, or yearly).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
All charges including subscriptions are managed via Google Play. You can cancel anytime through your Google Play account settings.
You may be required to provide your email address and upload photos.
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All content, trademarks, and logos in Emotoon are the property of VPM or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
We may modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept any changes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.
The App is provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its reliability, availability, or suitability.
